bipolar has a strong link to diet also.

chart your mood and nutrition
get active - run or weights or both
get a routine
also I'm going to order these vitamins from true hope.
could just be quakery but it's worth a shot.
they are just a super high dose multivitamin but they claim to be a replacement for bipolar meds.
