- Lately I have been spending my time practicing spinning poi and working on my hulla hoop skills. The goal is to be spinning fire at some point soon! enjoy making pottery. There is nothing like a lump of clay on the wheel to open up some possibilities! I also like to cook and entertain. There is nothing like a great conversation over a meal or a cup of tea! I like to create beautiful environments. I love to be out side enjoying nature. There is so much beauty to take in! I like to travel, may it be camping or staying in a fancy hotel. I enjoy reading all types of books, but mysteries and historical fiction are my favorites.

I am an advocate for your wild and crazy dreams.
I like to work with 30-50 year old women and men who are fed up with parts of their lives sucking, and are tired of feeling like they have to hide who they are in order to fit in. (I have no doubt that you all know somebody like that.)
My clients are tired of the self doubt and the frustration that they are feeling, and they are no longer willing to give up their dreams in order to fit into the roll that society has cast them in.
Living that way sure is exhausting. It can suck the life right out of you.
I am here to tell you that it does not have to be that way!

So what does it take to get a life that honors ALL of who you are and still bring home the bacon?
1. GET REAL
The truth is that some where along the line you bought into a “pre-packaged life.” I ask you to acknowledge what in your life does not feel good to you, where you are shutting down and tuning out, and where you might be looking for meaning in all the wrong places. This is an edge but a far healthier and productive edge than continuing to live life that that isn’t true for you.
2. GET WISE
Learn how to recognize your limiting beliefs about how you think your life is supposed to be. This is where we begin to unravel what has held you back from being true to yourself and identify what it is that will make you feel complete, successful and bring more meaning into your life. I introduce you to a whole new way of thinking and awareness.
3. TUNE IN
I show you how to follow your “YES” and to release that which no longer serves you. I also work with you to be able to see the many different options that are available for your life and create a plan for you to experience a more profitable, meaningful career that leaves you feeling authentic.

• You can expect to learn how to step away from your limiting beliefs about whom and what you are supposed to be.

Manifesting 101
Last year, I celebrated my birthday with a super hedonistic “High Roller” weekend at Foxwoods casino. About 20 of my friends joined me in a fantastic suite with an incredible view at the new MGM Grand. We had a VIP table at the hot new ultra lounge & restaurant called Shrine. I spent part of Saturday in the Spa getting pampered. I even won some money within the first five minutes of my playing the slot machines. Boy was it fun!

The other day, I was speaking with a perspective client about the lack of opportunities he had.
